Zero Edge Curl: Crafted from heavy-duty 8.5 oz 100% cotton twill. Unlike standard paper discs, they stay completely flat against rough concrete or oxidized steel surfaces.
Planchet Protection: The specialized adhesive backing holds firm during the swipe but leaves absolutely zero sticky residue inside the counting planchet.
Efficient Design: Bundled with a cost-saving, compact record folder (2-5/8″ W x 3-3/4″ H). Shipped loose and unfolded for rapid field deployment.
Material & Thickness: Dull-matte coated flock paper featuring a 60# basis weight and a precise 0.0036-inch caliper (+/- 10%).
